Meshkan Rural District (Persian: دهستان مشكان)[3] is in Meshkan District of Neyriz County, Fars province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Meshkan.[4]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 265 in 89 households.[5] There were 313 inhabitants in 104 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 596 in 198 households. The largest of its 29 villages was Madan, with 120 people.[2]
