Mianabad (Persian: ميان اباد, also Romanized as Mīānābād; also known as Mahīnābād, Mīān Ābeh, Mīānābeh, Mīnāvād, Minawad, and Muhinābād)[3] is a village in Sarab Rural District of Giyan District, Nahavand County, Hamadan province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,139 in 497 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,150 people in 620 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,830 people in 576 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
