Miankuh Rural District (Persian: دهستان ميانكوه) is in Chapeshlu District of Dargaz County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Kapkan.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 4,409 in 1,117 households.[5] There were 3,888 inhabitants in 1,123 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,089 in 1,213 households. The largest of its 23 villages was Meyab, with 735 people.[2]
