Nilkuh Rural District (Persian: دهستان نيلكوه) is in the Central District of Galikash County, Golestan province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Galikash District of Minudasht County) was 3,239 in 818 households.[3] There were 3,317 inhabitants in 914 households at the following census of 2011, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Galikash County.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,899 in 1,158 households. The largest of its 10 villages was Penu, with 530 people.[2]
