Qalayi Rural District (Persian: دهستان قلائي) is in Firuzabad District of Selseleh County, Lorestan province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,841 in 575 households.[3] There were 2,593 inhabitants in 606 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,677 in 684 households. The largest of its 34 villages was Adlabad, with 614 people.[2]
