Sar Mastan Rural District (Persian: دهستان سرمستان) is in Abdan District of Deyr County, Bushehr province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Sar Mastan.[3]

After the National Census of 2011 Abdan Rural District and the city of Abdan were separated from the Central District in the establishment of Abdan District, which was divided into two rural districts and the city.[3]

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 748 in 212 households. The largest of its 10 villages was Sar Mastan, with 468 people.[2]
