Kian Shahr (Persian: كيانشهر, also Romanized as Kīān Shahr and Kīyān Shār; also known as Shahrak-e Pābdānā)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Toghroljerd District of Kuhbanan County, Kerman province, Iran, and also serves as the administrative center for Toghroljerd Rural District.
At the 2006 census, its population was 6,503 in 1,555 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 5,555 people in 1,494 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 4,543 people in 1,257 households.[2]
