Toghroljerd Rural District (Persian: دهستان طغرل الجرد) is in Toghroljerd District of Kuhbanan County, Kerman province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Kian Shahr.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 1,200 in 387 households.[3] There were 674 inhabitants in 196 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,350 in 387 households. The largest of its 63 villages was Khanmakan, with 454 people.[2]
