Soto en Cameros is a village in the province and autonomous community of La Rioja, Spain. The municipality covers an area of 49.05 square kilometres (18.94 sq mi) and as of 2011 had a population of 163 people.[2] The city has an elevation of 2,510 feet.
But Soto en Cameros truly stands out in culinary matters thanks to the marzipans, created using only almonds and sugar.[3]
