Sowreh (Persian: سوره, also Romanized as Sūreh)[3] is a village in Howmeh-ye Gharbi Rural District of the Central District of Khorramshahr County, Khuzestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 3,255 in 674 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 3,941 people in 944 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 3,355 people in 958 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
