奈米光子學
奈米光子學[1]是研究光在奈米尺度的行動、或是物體在光線照射下的相互作用,其中部分光學科技得以使用至奈米範疇中,例如表面電漿子、局部表面電漿共振效應、乃至於近場掃描式光學顯微鏡和扫描隧道显微镜等[2]。
