改变生活方式

经常安排休息时间,让自己提提神,重新集中注意力。将工作、家务或你需要处理的棘手状况分成几个容易管理的小部分。安排休息时间有助于放松身心,恢复精神,也能控制或防止肾上腺素飙升。[35]
- 看书、看电影、洗泡泡浴、抽时间遛狗或和伴侣聊天,都能帮助消除一整天的压力。
- 在休息时间做自己喜欢的活动。散步是很好的休息方式。你可以远离自己正在做的工作,并促进血液循环,让大脑得到新鲜氧气,放任思绪游荡,帮助你放松。[36]
- 不妨留出一些时间让自己可以尽情“忧虑”,或“放任思绪游荡”。每天给自己安排一段时间,让大脑去处理遇到的各种问题,或者什么也不做,放空自己的大脑。这样的充电时间和工作期间的休息时间一样重要。
- 每年至少安排一次休假,这和休息时间一样重要,让你有机会放松,远离烦恼和压力。

参加互助小组。加入其他饱受焦虑或恐慌症困扰的人所创立的组织,从了解你处境的人身上获得无条件的支持。他们也能教你一些有用的方法来应付肾上腺素飙升。[47]
- 如果你住的地方没有互助小组,考虑向好友或家人诉说自己的处境。你也许会发现仅仅是和自己喜欢的人倾诉,就能减轻压力和焦虑。局外人往往比当事人更容易看出合理、有效的解决方法。
