Alvandkuh-e Gharbi Rural District (Persian: دهستان الوندكوه غربي) is in the Central District of Hamadan County, Hamadan province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 17,276 in 4,523 households.[3] There were 19,499 inhabitants in 5,451 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 18,454 in 5,684 households. The largest of its 12 villages was Solulan, with 3,236 people.[2]
