Armardeh (Persian: آرمرده, also Romanized as Ārmardeh and Armadeh; also known as Armado and Armordah)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Armardeh District of Baneh County, Kurdistan province, Iran. The city is populated by Kurds.[4]
At the 2006 census, its population was 2,062 in 427 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,349 people in 580 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,305 people in 613 households.[2]
