Chubar Rural District (Persian: دهستان چوبر)[3] is in Haviq District of Talesh County, Gilan province, Iran.[4] It is administered from the city of Chubar.[4]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 16,429 in 3,700 households.[5] There were 12,877 inhabitants in 3,380 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 14,299 in 4,222 households. The largest of its 56 villages was Viznah, with 3,022 people.[2]
