Homeyl Rural District (Persian: دهستان حميل) is in Homeyl District of Eslamabad-e Gharb County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 5,753 in 1,290 households.[3] There were 5,973 inhabitants in 1,605 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,291 in 1,507 households. The largest of its 20 villages was Gardangah-e Quchemi, with 686 people.[2]
