Karvan-e Sofla Rural District (Persian: دهستان كرون سفلي)[3] is in Karvan District of Tiran and Karvan County, Isfahan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Afjan.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 18,066 in 4,876 households.[4] There were 19,318 inhabitants in 5,761 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 19,716 in 6,128 households. The largest of its 25 villages was Mirabad, with 2,758 people.[2]
