Kelachay District (Persian: بخش کلاچای) is in Rudsar County, Gilan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Kelachay.[3]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 34,268 in 9,878 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 34,167 people in 10,984 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 33,636 inhabitants in 11,847 households.[2]
