Khorram Rud Rural District (Persian: دهستان خرم رود) is in the Central District of Tuyserkan County, Hamadan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 12,220 in 3,198 households.[3] There were 10,996 inhabitants in 3,332 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 8,751 in 3,212 households. The largest of its 21 villages was Qolqol, with 1,212 people.[2]
