  1. For a long time, it was believed that this was the first Nirvana show, but in recent years photographs and recordings have come available that indicates that this is unlikely. The Raymond gig was most likely held in the summer of 1987. Their actual first show has not been documented, but took place around April 1st, 1987 in Aberdeen, WA, according to close friend Slim Moon[1]
