Očihov is a municipality and village in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.
Očihov lies approximately 31 kilometres (19 mi) south-west of Louny, 67 km (42 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 71 km (44 mi) west of Prague.
