Peyhan (Persian: پيهان, also Romanized as Peyhān and Pīhān; also known as Pāhīān, Pahyān, Paihān, and Pey Mān)[3] is a village in Kamazan-e Sofla Rural District of Zand District, Malayer County, Hamadan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 583 in 146 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 544 people in 162 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 620 people in 192 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
