Samen District (Persian: بخش سامن) is in Malayer County, Hamadan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Samen.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 31,904 in 8,410 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 31,060 people in 9,283 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 28,085 inhabitants in 9,049 households.[2]
