Sartang-e Barzeh (Persian: سرتنگ برزه, also known as Sar-e Tang)[3] is a village in Zaz-e Gharbi Rural District of Zaz va Mahru District, Aligudarz County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 218 in 45 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 227 people in 50 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 224 people in 54 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
