Sedlejov (Czech pronunciation: [ˈsɛdlɛjof]) is a municipality and village in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.
Sedlejov lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) south of Jihlava and 123 km (76 mi) south-east of Prague.
