Soltanali Rural District (Persian: دهستان سلطانعلي) is in the Central District of Gonbad-e Kavus County, Golestan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 30,798 in 6,302 households.[3] There were 38,638 inhabitants in 9,281 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 43,404 in 11,398 households. The largest of its 29 villages was Gadmabad, with 8,250 people.[2]
