Tameh (Persian: طامه, also Romanized as Ţāmeh; also known as Tehāmi)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Karkas Rural District of the Central District of Natanz County, Isfahan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 650 in 204 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 409 people in 140 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 454 people in 183 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
