Zeylabi Rural District (Persian: دهستان ذیلابی) is in Anbar District of Masjed Soleyman County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Parzard.[3]
At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 783 in 256 households. The largest of its 27 villages was Konjed Kar, with 128 people.[2]
