选择良好的脂肪来源。当身体的碳水化合物不足,就会把脂肪作为能量来源。你需要从饮食中摄入脂肪,但一定要选择正确的脂肪。
- 脂肪基本上可以分成4种,分别是单一不饱和脂肪酸、多元不饱和脂肪酸、饱和脂肪以及反式脂肪。其中,饱和脂肪和反式脂肪是最不健康的。
- 选择单一和多元不饱和脂肪酸含量高的食物,以提升精力,促进心脏健康。
