给火腿浇汁。甜酱与火腿很配。不过,你也可以发挥创意,调配自己的特色酱汁。
- 你可以试试混合枫糖浆、红糖、水果茸或果汁,比如菠萝汁。[21]

盖上高压锅盖,煮约35分钟。选择“手动”档,将时间设定成35分钟。记得开盖前要先释放压力。[22]
- 要记得冰冻火腿比已解冻的需要更久的烹饪时间。以上的烹饪步骤只适用于烹饪一小块冰冻火腿。火腿要是已经解冻,只用相应地调整烹饪时间即可。冰冻火腿所需的烹饪时间比已解冻的多50%。

取出火腿,增稠酱汁。把15毫升玉米淀粉和30毫升冷水充分搅拌均匀直至混合液柔滑无结块。高压锅调至“煎炒”档,把混合液倒进去,与酱汁充分搅拌均匀。[23]
- 玉米淀粉可以用黄油和面粉替代。用微波炉热融15毫升黄油,然后与22毫升左右的面粉充分混合,再加入酱汁里,与酱汁充分搅拌均匀。
