- 熟能生巧。每天只练习30分钟左右。
- 学武最好去武术学校接受专业训练。尽管你可以自学一些基本招式,但是想要成为一名真正的武术家,必须得到武术学校接受专业训练。
- 累了就不要继续练了;否则,练了也是白练。
