Hoseynabad Rural District (Persian: دهستان حسين آباد)[3] is in Mehrdasht District of Najafabad County, Isfahan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Hoseynabad.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 5,440 in 1,372 households.[4] There were 5,220 inhabitants in 1,529 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,687 in 1,444 households. The largest of its 29 villages was Hoseynabad, with 3,087 people.[2]
