Hoseyni Rural District (Persian: دهستان حسيني) is in the Central District of Shadegan County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Ghoreybeh.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 12,691 in 2,164 households.[3] There were 14,870 inhabitants in 3,310 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 10,949 in 2,707 households. The largest of its 45 villages was Mansureh-ye Olya, with 3,242 people.[2]
