Shakhtal Khan (Persian: شاخت الخان, also Romanized as Shākhtāl Khān) was a village in Darkhoveyn Rural District of the Central District of Shadegan County, Khuzestan province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,203 in 214 households.[2]
After the census, the villages of Darkhoveyn, Shakhtal Khan, and Yukhan merged to form the new city of Darkhoveyn.[3]
