Shishavan (Persian: شيشوان, also Romanized as Shīshavān)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Dizajrud-e Gharbi Rural District of the Central District of Ajab Shir County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 census, its population was 3,074 in 850 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 3,737 people in 1,049 households.[2]
