Tuscany Estates is a southeastern suburb of Auckland, New Zealand. It is located slightly southeast of the suburb Flat Bush. Tuscany Heights Reserve is located in Tuscany Estate.
Demographics
The corresponding statistical area of Tuscany Heights covers 6.63 km2 (2.56 sq mi)[1] and had an estimated population of 1,730 as of June 2022,[2] with a population density of 261 people per km2.

Tuscany Heights had a population of 1,443 at the 2018 New Zealand census, an increase of 297 people (25.9%) since the 2013 census, and an increase of 603 people (71.8%) since the 2006 census. There were 399 households, comprising 726 males and 717 females, giving a sex ratio of 1.01 males per female. The median age was 41.9 years (compared with 37.4 years nationally), with 243 people (16.8%) aged under 15 years, 330 (22.9%) aged 15 to 29, 693 (48.0%) aged 30 to 64, and 174 (12.1%) aged 65 or older.
Ethnicities were 52.0% European/Pākehā, 5.2% Māori, 3.7% Pasifika, 44.9% Asian, and 2.1% other ethnicities. People may identify with more than one ethnicity.
The percentage of people born overseas was 44.1, compared with 27.1% nationally.
Although some people chose not to answer the census's question about religious affiliation, 35.3% had no religion, 37.2% were Christian, 0.4% had Māori religious beliefs, 12.1% were Hindu, 2.3% were Muslim, 2.5% were Buddhist and 7.1% had other religions.
Of those at least 15 years old, 405 (33.8%) people had a bachelor's or higher degree, and 102 (8.5%) people had no formal qualifications. The median income was $42,800, compared with $31,800 nationally. 369 people (30.8%) earned over $70,000 compared to 17.2% nationally. The employment status of those at least 15 was that 627 (52.2%) people were employed full-time, 150 (12.5%) were part-time, and 33 (2.8%) were unemployed.[3]
