Asavleh (Persian: آساوله, also Romanized as Āsāvleh)[3] is a village in Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Sanandaj County, Kurdistan province, Iran. The village is populated by Kurds.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,108 in 263 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 3,302 people in 964 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 8,009 people in 2,396 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
