Zarneh (Persian: زرنه; also known as Kāni Zarnah, Kanī Razneh, and Zarrīneh)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Zarneh District of Eyvan County, Ilam province, Iran.

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,909 in 605 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 3,118 people in 748 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,966 people in 785 households.[2]

The city is populated by Kurds.[6]
