Pa Qaleh (Persian: پاقلعه, also Romanized as Pā Qal‘eh)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Chakor Rural District of Boli District, Chavar County, Ilam province, Iran.[4] The village is populated by Kurds.[5]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 132 in 25 households, when it was in Boli Rural District of the former Chavar District of Ilam County.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 149 people in 37 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 105 people in 30 households.[2]

In November 2019, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Chavar County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Chavar as its capital and only city.[4]
