Murmuri Rural District (Persian: دهستان مورمورئ) is in Kalat of Abdanan County, Ilam province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 1,172 in 221 households.[3] There were 927 inhabitants in 207 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 960 in 240 households. The largest of its 24 villages was Largheh, with 166 people.[2]
