Shabab District (Persian: بخش شباب) is in Chardavol County, Ilam province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Shabab.[3]
After the 2011 National Census, Shabab Rural District was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Shabab District, which was divided into two rural districts and the city of Shabab.[3]
At the census in 2016, the district had 11,135 inhabitants in 3,092 households.[2]
