The 2024 West Virginia Attorney General election will be held on November 5, 2024, to elect the next attorney general of West Virginia, concurrently with the 2024 U.S. presidential election, as well as various state and local elections, including for U.S. Senate, U.S. House, and governor of West Virginia. Incumbent Republican Attorney General Patrick Morrisey is eligible to run for re-election to a fourth term, but has decided instead to run for governor.
